Import stuck/does not start

I try to import my OneDrive files, but get the message:

388 files imported (0 B) (0%)
Import job is currently running
Onedrive import process will begin soon

The message is stuck for days and nothing seems to be happening. I've previously managed to import some files (the 388 files mentioned in the message), but the import got interupted due to a server reboot. I've tried logging out of OneDrive and re-installing the app, but to no avail. No errors are logged.

Which version of the app are you using?
Do you see the "Cancel OneDrive files import" button?
If yes, did you try to click it?
Is your Nextcloud server using the Cron background job method? Are you sure the Nextcloud cron.php script is executed regularly?

Using version 1.0.4.
Yes I see the button and have clicked it many times over de past week. It seems to cancel, but when I start the download again it resumes to exactly the same state as before, nothing happens.
Yes I'm running the cron background job. The cron.php is executed every 5 minutes, I've checked the logs to confirm, no errors are logged.

Nothing has downloaded since. Perhaps any suggestions on how to reset the whole app and start from scratch?

Getting the same issue. It was working, then hung at 14%. Tried stopping, clearing and restarting, and now it just hangs on the Onedrive import process will begin soon prompt

I've managed to get things working again by backing up my user's nextcloud storage, deleting and recreating the entire user account, restoring the files and reconnect to Onedrive. Now it's in the process of migrating Onedrive to Nextcloud.

I tried recreating the user, then just reinstalling Nextcloud completely and going straight to using this app. Always fails, at a different % each time. Hosted on AWS EC2, so unlikely to be a connectivity issue.

Edit: Abandoned this app. Instead mounted OneDrive to my EC2 box using rclone, then copied all my files to my bucker using aws a3 sync.

Same problem here. Got to 42 files imported then stalled.
"Import job is currently running
Onedrive import process will begin soon" but nothing happens.
Tried cancelling and restarting Onedrive files import. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting to OneDrive. Tried logging out and putting Nextcloud in maintenance mode for a few minutes. Tried deleting the 42 files that were imported and restarting. Still claims 42 files have been imported!

EDIT:

I ending up creating a new user and connecting that user to OneDrive. The file import stalled on the 169th file with these messages constantly appearing in the log:

Same problem here, but its stuck at 0bytes and 0%. My Idea is that I may need to grant something in my Nginx Reverse Proxy Manager... Smd an Idea on what exactly i could try?

I have a similar issue, Onedrive import is downloading around 500MB at a time then pausing, and I have to canel and restart the import, and then it stops again at around 500MB

it always stops at some point, first it stopped at around 15 GB - then I stopped and started again and after hours or days it always stays at 0% but some MBs or GBs will be moved I supposed, but why does it stop?

exactly the same issue with me. in the begining it synchronized about 10GB (of totally 500GB) then after cancelling and starting again it always gets stuck at around 700-1000MB
