Two pairs of ADRs shared a number. In each pair the decision that documents and issues actually cite keeps its number, and the other moves to the next free number with its references updated: - 0224 stays with the AGPL open-core decision, cited by ten documents, the catalog, and the Phase 9a issues. The Eve calendar lifecycle ADR becomes 0243; docs/architecture.md and docs/google-setup.md follow it. - 0194 stays with the Eve hosted-auth boundary, cited by six documents. The shared background-job execution ADR becomes 0244; docs/architecture.md follows it. PR #243 had already recorded this collision. This is a one-time collision fix, not a change to the stable-filename rule in docs/README.md.
Record Paid Access as a hosted admission source owned by the account: one account per subscription, admission on the first paid invoice, seven-day dunning, period-end cancellation, a fourteen-day guarantee, dispute revocation, ninety-day lapsed retention, beta grant sunset, and the Household Guest read-only exception with its own experience. This persistent draft PR collects the complete Phase 9b commercialization planning effort from Wayfinder: Phase 9b Commercialization.
All research, decision artifacts, prototypes, PRD/glossary updates, and warranted ADRs accumulate on
docs/phase-9b-wayfinder, with one logical commit per ticket and one writer integrating at a time. Keep this PR in draft until final specification synthesis and review; do not create or merge a PR for each ticket.The initial content establishes that workflow and preserves primary-source Stripe lifecycle research. Later tickets will extend this PR toward an implementation-ready specification for the full marketing site and self-service paid customer lifecycle.
