calc_rigidity might not run for RedHat Enterprise Linux 6 (RHEL6) and earlier (needed to run ANSURR)#2

calc_rigidity might not run for RHEL6 and earlier because it needs gcc4.8.4 and RHEL6 comes with gcc4.4.x

The fix could be to recompile calc_rigidity with an earler version of gcc.
