I work in a shop that has a lot of private nuget packages and happens to also have a few private nuget feeds. This line means that the root nuget.config will only be used. I'd like to propose supporting either starting the NuGet.config search within the current directory or an additional CLI parameter that takes a nuget config path.
I can help with the work for either of those changes, but wanted to get your thoughts.
