feat: add Clocki package

Summary

• add Clocki 1.1.0 as an Omarchy local package
• build the immutable public Clocki source with the system Electron runtime
• install a reverse-DNS desktop entry, icon, launcher, and MIT license

Verification

• verified source and local-file SHA-256 checksums
• ran the recipe's prepare, build, and package functions: npm ci --ignore-scripts and npm run build passed
• validated the installed runtime layout and Electron desktop identity
