… repair Ticket ONE-1831 — INB lane. subject_ref anchoring via the reserved claim door, PERSON substrate meat|model substrate, ARCH-0055 split-record repair through the existing identity projection (ambiguous split resolves to None, no guess), binding Actor reshape with legacy decode compatibility and the companion pattern updates. K3-adopted narrow waiver on the legacy byte-equality pin. Gates: phase edit-local suites + clippy/fmt clean; full true-rc suite queued. Independent semantic review: pass. Base: ONE-1827 accepted layer (d250cd7). Part of the Oneiron Wave-6 INB lane stack.
Ticket ONE-1832 — INB lane. Add the runtime workspace roster preset and the idempotent member-onboarding flow: stable caller-supplied identities, the member grant bundle, companion persona birth, delegated mailbox custody, and step-journal resume semantics. Product and persona names remain runtime intent data; delegated mailbox state stores only a custody reference and read scopes. Gates: edit-local check, focused tests, clippy, and fmt are recorded in the phase evidence; the full v2.1 Cargo gate set remains pending the assigned-slot handoff. The ONE-1829 starting-autonomy-mode field is an explicit follow-up once that vocabulary lands. Exact granted paths only. Base: ONE-1831 accepted layer (b6d1b7d). Part of the Oneiron Wave-6 INB lane stack.
