Remove target-level Verilator warning masks for txfma_exp_special_detect and handle the benign warnings source-locally while preserving cosim behavior. Also document mk/verilator.mk multi-test target names and refresh checked-in cosim coverage.

This is mostly a test to check whether the PR will pass.
It translate the full compute shire. There are things that are imperfect (there are a few clock operations not done through primitives) but it is the complete compute shire, at least as a show.
Future work is syntehsis on a big FPGA.
Another important change that this PR does is that now we compress the cosim coverage file. It's starting to sound like a mad move that of including them.
But this at least will make the patches smaller and justincluding tests and code and not millions of line of coverage data.
