Refine XProf numerical verification with oracle audit and precision routing.

  • Add oracle audit mode (evaluates reference lossiness against high-precision oracle).
  • Warn when kernel outputs are narrower than float32.
  • Route regimes by criterion (normal for continuous parity; procedural for Q3/discrete).
  • Add chunk_callable for memory-bounded attention oracle runs.
  • Fix pin-inert signature detection and silence integer ULP RuntimeWarning.
