Requires papi-core ^0.15. The default model command-r-plus was deprecated on 15 September 2025 and, worse, predates command-r7b, so it rejects the tool_choice parameter this provider sends. The default configuration walked straight into the failure the code's own comment warns about. Moves to command-a-plus-05-2026. Declares ToolSelectableInterface and not the named variant: Cohere can force required or none, but its API cannot name a tool.
