…ction capability Requires papi-core ^0.15. The default model gemini-3-pro-preview was SHUT DOWN on 9 March 2026. Moves to gemini-3.6-flash and adds the current model constants. Maps the neutral effort option onto thinkingConfig, which has two mutually exclusive knobs: Gemini 3 takes a thinking level, earlier models take a token budget, and sending both is a 400. No Gemini 3 model can switch thinking off, so none narrows to the shallowest level rather than pretending otherwise.
