Requires papi-core ^0.15. The default model grok-3 was retired on 15 May 2026. It still resolves, which is the problem: xAI silently redirects it to grok-4.3 and bills at grok-4.3 rates, so this failed quietly rather than loudly. Moves to grok-4.5.
