Some of the Cursor plugin's instructions no longer matched the CLI. Because of that, an agent could pass multiple Extract URLs the wrong way, overlook the items that succeeded when others failed, or report an async job's output or status incorrectly. This PR updates the plugin's instructions to match CLI 0.9.3.
It syncs all six skills from the shared source, updates the setup guidance for installation and authentication problems, and fixes the research status and result commands. The README now explains how to load a local copy for testing, and it describes what the repository supports separately from what's currently published in the marketplace. The candidate version goes to 0.2.1.
The shared skill and sync changes are in parallel-agent-skills#57, so the common instructions stay in one place.
Package checks, offline CLI checks, and repeatable sync checks passed. A fresh independent review found no actionable issues. Before shipping, we still need a smoke test of loading and routing in Cursor. We also haven't run live API calls or verified marketplace publication and client upgrades.
