Allow image resources through collections and records

As a developer we can allow image content to leveraged by a model through our MCP resources.

Acceptance criteria

• Review

  • image utilities for resize
  • formats for handling metadata, related to resource searches/indexing

Assumptions and questions

• Size limitations should be imposed, images have the potential to balloon caching

• Passive access for models, focus should still be searching available records.

• Enhancing images with the techniques used to help visually impaired users needs consideration. Helpful, because it can be leveraged for treating the images as "searchable records"
