We don't compile or run tests for this repo directly on it. Rather, we keep copies of the tests on the pexip/media repo.
This PR just syncs the test back.
There are still some dependencies to libraries or utilities only present on the media repo.
It is still an open question the best way forward so we still run tests for this submodule but avoid the issues of getting out of sync as it can be quite confusing.
