Rename by the Grok voice model per the naming convention, pin the model to grok-voice-think-fast-1.0, add the live-call and multi-turn e2e tests, and mask the example numbers. Legacy examples untouched.

Adds a native speech to speech voice agent example that bridges Plivo Audio Streaming to the xAI Grok voice realtime API over a WebSocket with no transcoding (mu-law 8 kHz on both sides).

The folder is named grok-voice-4.5-native to follow the model-based naming convention (like gemini3.1-live-native). Legacy examples are untouched.
