Add support for updating user details

Currently, there are no helpers in the {connectapi} package that support updating user details (FN/LN, etc) as per the API reference page: https://docs.posit.co/connect/api/#put-/v1/users/-guid-

Having this PUT command as a wrapper function in the package to set details would be useful for some general maintenance activities.

Thanks for the feedback! While the page you linked doesn't mention it, there is a users_update method that could be used to update names, etc.:

That said, we're planning some work to improve the user-related helpers generally, so hopefully this will get even easier soon. I'll file a change to update the cookbook example you linked as well.
