Objective: Review and update the content and notebook for 1.2 OpenCV Basics in the course roadmap.

Task List:

1. Review the current topics: Installing OpenCV, Basic Operations, Image Thresholding, Contours, Basic Video Processing.
2. Verify the installation steps for OpenCV and ensure compatibility with recent versions.
3. Add more practical OpenCV operations like drawing shapes, reading/writing images, and basic image manipulation.
4. Create a new Jupyter notebook demonstrating:
   • Installing OpenCV and basic setup.
   • Basic image operations (loading, saving, manipulating images).
   • Image Thresholding techniques (binary, adaptive).
   • Contour detection and analysis.
   • Basic video processing (loading and manipulating video files).
5. Ensure the notebook is well-commented, easy to follow, and fully functional.

Deliverable: A polished Jupyter notebook with updated content and examples for the subsection.
