Per "if relay has no_std/no_alloc things we need, formulate issues there": - relay#176 — expose relay-sec as a transport-agnostic E2E channel (decouple from CCSDS) so jess can wrap inter-core (M7<->M4 / FMU<->IO) messages in its proven counter+anti-replay+Ascon-AEAD core. jess would be the first reuse. - relay#177 — a no_std shared-memory/ipc_service Software Bus transport backend behind the stream<T> seam (cross-ref gale#63).
