Closing: version-update PRs are now disabled in this repo (open-pull-requests-limit: 0). Remote CI is down on billing, so these arrive ungated, and merging an unverified bump is how the explorer nearly shipped a login panic from jsonwebtoken 9 to 10. Dependabot alerts and security-update PRs are unaffected. Reopen the version updates once CI can gate them. |
