Follows pyronear/pi-manager-template#81, which renames the engine variables to
match the _docker_version convention used by the other roles.
The pinned 1.0.12 is unchanged, so this is behavior-neutral. Merge alongside the
template PR: until both land, check_vars hard-fails on the legacy names.
