The star-history chart in the README is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point it to the star-history.dera.page provider so it works without an API token.

The star-history chart is currently broken because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This fixes it by switching to the star-history.dera.page provider, which requires no API token and keeps the chart working.
