Refresh MiniMax provider metadata

Reason: Refresh MiniMax endpoints, context windows, pricing, capabilities, and documentation against current official parameters.

This updates the MiniMax model presets with current context, pricing, and input metadata, points the provider preset to the official API overview, and corrects the regional Anthropic-compatible endpoints used by Hermes.

I removed the unsupported legacy MiniMax preset so the model list now matches the current supported models, and tightened the preset test. I ran node --test tests/model-presets.test.js tests/minimax-provider-endpoints.test.js (16 passed) and git diff --check.

Thanks. I aligned the Hermes MiniMax provider catalogs with the supported model list by removing the stale MiniMax-M2.7-highspeed entry from the international, China, and OAuth presets, and added a regression test. I ran node --test tests/*.test.js, npm run build, cargo fmt --all -- --check, cargo check --locked, and git diff --check.
