For some test profiles it is nice to have the ability to dynamically fetch VEX data as opposed to them being static. These kind of tests help have live signal. Signed-off-by: crozzy <joseph.crosland@gmail.com>

The CI for this PR will and should fail for as long as the VEX data is wrong. A failing CI can be seen as signal that VEX issues aren't yet fixed.
