Captcha 'Report a problem' alignment issue on IE11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the page in IE11 where the google recaptcha is implemented
2. Click on "m not a Robot checkbox
3. Click on report a problem link
4. See the captcha challenge pattern mis-aligned 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
captcha challenge pattern displayed with correct alignment  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
