Solving Captcha Without JavaScript doint work

Hello,
if i disable Javascript and open a side that uses reCaptcha (for example 
https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo)
it shows me a captcha if i type it in (correctly) nothing happend, i just get a 
New Captcha - picture, i tried it many many times and allways the same
why ?
Whats wrong ?
Did you disable the Non-Javascript support ?
