"ERROR: need at least one phenotype" even I have a pheno column

Hello,
I encountered a problem with phenotype files while running step one. while running it gives the error "ERROR: need at least one phenotype" even I have a phenotype column and indicate the column names using --phenoColList (REGENIE v4.1). I am working on a time to event outcome, thus my phenotype file contains FID/IID/Time/Event.
