…3.14 python-build-standalone's 3.13/3.14 interpreters ship no Tcl/Tk shared library (gotcha 177). test_security.py::test_application_home_directory_hijack only checks tcltk_info.available before building with --splash, not the stronger tkinter_fully_usable predicate the other splash tests use, so its splash-enabled parametrizations (onedir/onefile x 3 scenarios x 5 parent levels, 30 nodes) fail with SystemExit instead of skipping. Deselect them the same way the existing PBS-only entries already do for their own weak-predicate tests.
