pyqwest 0.11.0 moved its test suite from pytest-asyncio to anyio's pytest plugin, running every async test on both asyncio and trio. tests/_util.py now imports anyio, outcome and trio, so collecting test_protocol_errors.py failed with "No module named 'anyio'". Install the new test dependencies, drop pytest-asyncio as upstream did, and carry upstream's anyio_backend, no_stale_runner and asyncio_only deselection pieces into the replacement conftest.py. The build matrix only had `version` as an original key, so the second include entry overwrote the `tag` the first one added and the cp310-abi3 leg never ran (gotcha 402).
