docs: refactor exporting names

Exporting names was needed with nested inputs and setting text runs. Now it's just for binding enums to solos and controlling elements with scripts.

• Remove the bloat from the higher-level exporting page
• Add a new page for Exporting Names (not in the sidebar hierarchy)
• Link to page from relevant places
• There's a separate PR in the other repo for linking to the new page from the API docs: https://github.com/rive-app/rive/pull/12647
