What to do with warnings glm.fit: fitted probabilities numerically 0 or 1 occurred, glm.fit: algorithm did not converge

Hi I've tried searching for a discussion on this topic but couldn't find any, are these warnings that appear during gbm.step something i need to address for my model to be valid? My data is already balanced and I've tested different hyperparameters even tc = 1 but these warnings still appear
