Name of the tool: spatialvista

Short description: SpatialVista is an interactive 3D spatial transcriptomics visualization tool designed specifically for Jupyter Notebook/Lab. It seamlessly integrates into your data analysis workflow, providing efficient and intuitive exploration of spatial omics data.

How does the package use scverse data structures (please describe in a few sentences): spatialvista uses the scverse AnnData data structure as its primary input format. It supports both in-memory AnnData objects in Jupyter and .h5ad files through its command-line interface.
