I disabled the jobs that sync any files to readme.com on purpose and cleared out the IDs in .github/readme-ids.json.

Status: Waiting for improvements to audit log feature
This PR currently contains a bunch of new tests marked as
XFAIL. These issues should be fixed insidedtable-webbefore merging.
