Adds el nod command to be potentially run immediately before CMB observations (after det_setup, bias_step, hwp spin up, and stimulator). Configs now take the following parameters:
el_nod_cadence: None to skipel_nod_depth: Requiredel_nod_freq: Takes from scan params.el_nod_durationDefault 5 mins.num_nodsis the floor of duration x freq.
