- Update CHANGELOG.md with version [0.8.1] and today's date. - Expand USAGE.md with detailed Tensor constructors, element access, and error handling info. - Update README.md roadmap to mark Tensor support as complete. - Add a new example in EXAMPLES.md for Tensor error handling.
