MCP server（#181/#214，v0.8.4 起）在包内文档已有完整章节（挂载示例、数据面与 scope 语义），但仓库根 README 的文档表没有入口，路线图之外无从发现。双语文档表各补一行，链接到 dsh-mneme/README.md 的 MCP Server 章节，不重复正文。
