Update CI/CD workflow dependencies to newer major versions across continuum, release, staging, develop-release, and unit-test pipelines. This includes actions/checkout, actions/setup-node, aws-actions/configure-aws-credentials, actions/cache, GitHub Pages actions, and fjogeleit/http-request-action to keep automation current and supported.

Replace raw cell `.value` with `getCellValueForDisplay()` when building axis labels in kup-echart, so formatted/display values are shown instead of raw data.
Use display value for echart axis labels
Match grouped rows using the displayed cell value so chart interactions resolve the correct row. Also simplify the x-axis label formatter spread for readability.
