User can set a couple of settings in a separate menu
A simple calorie counter has been implemented
List of results saved for a route
A graph over results implemented in results list
Add notification when recording route

# Known bugs and limitations
Graphics for navigation are not properly tested and optimized
Location update interval can be optimized
User name in settings is not fully implemented
Measurements are in S.I units only
Drawing on map when using an existing route draws with same color and extends route instead of being drawn as a new route on the side.
