Git deploy command exceptions should report the correct error

Current Outcome

All exceptions during the sites:deploy command trigger the same error message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change API token to read-only permissions
2. Run sites:deploy ***

Acceptance Criteria

• Relevant warnings should be shown when an exception occurs
