Repair the local test runner and replace the README's missing x.py instructions. Start each selected backend with
docker compose up --wait --wait-timeout 120, read its assigned loopback port withcompose port, and clean up the disposable project afterward. ODBC uses the local container directly instead of a saved DSN or rewriting ~/.odbc.ini; SQLite uses a temporary fixture copy.Stacked on #67 for the Compose healthchecks. This PR changes only test.sh and tests/README.md; there are no custom readiness helpers or mock test suites.
Validation: Bash syntax and Compose configuration checks pass, and the complete SQLite test command passes without modifying the tracked fixture. PostgreSQL/MySQL native Compose waits were exercised in #67. The full local database matrix has not been run.
