Problem: CHANGELOG.md still had v0.2.0 changes under [Unreleased] after the v0.2.0 release was cut and published.
Fix: Roll the [Unreleased] entries into a dated [0.2.0] section with a short headline summary (gate-chain restructure, deploy-on-update, workflow-generation hardening) and update the compare links.
Verification: Doc-only change; guardrail scan clean.
