Description

Added a new User Guide for Syncfusion Blazor Pivot Table data binding with Microsoft SQL Server using Dapper.
Included MSSQL Dapper-specific configuration, controller code snippets, CRUD operation explanations, and relevant images based on the existing MSSQL UG structure.
