Introduce an injectable telemetry service that isolates Sentry SDK calls and uses a no-op implementation on unsupported platforms. Remove per-command loggers and inject a lazy logger factory into the service so logging follows SwiftLog bootstrap, while preserving existing metrics and privacy filters.
Verification
109 tests passed, along with
make analyze,make build, and release smoke checks with telemetry disabled. Linux verification could not run because Docker was unavailable.
