docs: add FOLD tokenomics page and FAQ section

Summary

Adds a FOLD Token docs section with two new pages and supporting nav:

• Tokenomics (/tokenomics) — allocation donut + legend, cumulative vesting stacked-area chart, vesting terms table, and key-parameter cards (interactive hover). Token amounts are rounded to whole-percent shares (sum to exactly 1.2B).
• Frequently Asked Questions (/faq) — FOLD Token and The Interfold Public Sale pages, grouped under a new "FOLD Token" sidebar section alongside Tokenomics.

Also includes:

• Banner updated to "Enclave is now The Interfold".
• Introduction "Note on naming" updated to reference Enclave.
• Mobile responsiveness for the tokenomics components; in-page heading anchors hidden from the mobile sidebar drawer.
• Sidebar auto-scrolls when a folder is expanded.
