chore(deps): update dependencies

[google-labs-jules]

This PR updates all dependencies (using pnpm) to their latest versions, as requested. It also includes necessary configurations update in tsconfig.json and tsconfig.build.json to properly type-check with updated typescript and @types/node definitions. It runs pnpm lint:fix as well, solving a few indentation discrepancies.
