277 channels, 5,695 videos pulled from YouTube Data API v3 (snapshot 2026-06-03). Sibling to the existing us-realtor-youtube-atlas-2026 project. Mirrors that project's structure: bilingual report (EN/ZH MD + HTML toggle), 6 numbered pipeline scripts, raw aggregate data, 5 charts, MIT + CC BY 4.0 licenses. Updates root README projects table.
