Do we want to mark copyright, publisher, etc as deprected in 14, removed in 15? I'm not sure how we document this.

No no, we've decided against that change and keep it in tiapp.xml but just mention that those are not used in the store: tidev/titanium-sdk#14555 (review) |

Putting a "not in store" note to the
Ti.App.*properties in tiapp.xml and move them closer together.Also removing some dead entries.
