Closing this one. 2.4.1 raises the platform floor from ext-mongodb: ^2.3 to ext-mongodb: ^2.4, and CI (and most deployments) provision ext-mongodb 2.3.x - so the Mongo-backed suites (test, firebird, cache-driver, swoole) can't satisfy the new requirement and go red together, while the boot check (no Mongo) stays green.

mongodb/mongodb is a require-dev - the Mongo library the queue/session/docstore tests use. Tina4 core stays zero-dependency, so this never ships in a package. Staying on 2.3.0 keeps CI green against the extension the runners actually have.

To take 2.4.1 later: bump the CI workflow's ext-mongodb to 2.4 first, then dependabot can reopen it against a runner that satisfies the floor.
