Embed-link from embedded player should open the embed screen on embedr.eu

When I click on the embed button in an iframe of a third party I get a _blank link to the same image on embedr.eu. To prevent the user to have to click the embed button again I want to have it already open.

• add a parameter to the _blank link of the embed button ?embed=1
• open the embed screen on embedr.eu's viewer page when this parameter is set.
