docs: consolidate React Native SDK docs into Mintlify#56
Merged
Conversation
Move all SDK product documentation to courier.com/docs/sdk-libraries/react-native. The README is now a banner + one-paragraph description + quick start + link to the full docs (which now covers iOS CourierReactNativeDelegate, the Spring 2026 Firebase decoupling on Android, and Expo setup).
