Kernel#Float and Kernel#Integer return nil (instead of raising) when called with exception: false. Their annotate_builtin! entries claimed Float/Integer only, so ZJIT unsoundly excluded nil from the inferred type. Closes: Shopify#1009
Commit 89e7b08 added thread.c and vm_sync.c to have DTrace probes, we need to update DTRACE_DEPENDENT_OBJS to fix FreeBSD.
rb_reset_coverages left GET_VM()->me2counter pointing at the counter hash, which is marked unconditionally, so after Coverage stops (methods mode) the method entries it holds -- and the classes that own them -- were kept alive until the next Coverage.start or process exit.
